2.1 Payment Methods

hk888 currently supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. No other payment methods are currently supported. Note that Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank.

2.2 Minimum Deposit & Withdrawal

The minimum deposit amount for each payment method is ৳100. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Transactions below these limits cannot be processed.

2.3 Withdrawal Processing Time

Approved withdrawals are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. However, in exceptional circumstances or when verification is required, processing may take longer.

2.4 Funds Verification

hk888 reserves the right to request additional verification for any deposit or withdrawal at any time. If there is any doubt about the source of funds, the transaction may be temporarily placed on hold.

2.5 Transaction Liability

3.1 Welcome Bonus

hk888 offers a 100% welcome bonus on your first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example:

• You deposit ৳1,000 → bonus ৳1,000 → total balance ৳2,000
• You deposit ৳32,000 → bonus up to ৳15,000 → total balance ৳47,000

Each member may receive this bonus only once, and it applies to the first deposit only.

3.2 Wagering Requirement

A 25x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the total (deposit + bonus) amount.

Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 25 = ৳25,000 in wagers must be placed before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

3.3 General Bonus Terms

• Bonus offers may be changed or withdrawn at any time at hk888's discretion.
• Claiming multiple bonuses from the same household or IP address is strictly prohibited.
• If bonus abuse is found, the account may be closed and the bonus forfeited.
• Claiming bonuses using a VPN or proxy is prohibited.

3.4 VIP Program

The hk888 VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Each tier offers a weekly cashback benefit.

• Bronze: up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 0.8% weekly cashback

VIP tier is determined based on the member's overall gaming activity and participation. Regular and active members have the opportunity to advance to higher tiers.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the hk888 platform. Violating these prohibitions will result in permanent account closure and legal action may be taken if necessary:

• Any attempt to manipulate or interfere with the platform's software or game outcomes
• Using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence to play games
• Collusion (coordinated fraud by multiple members)
• Using the platform for money laundering or handling illegal funds
• Attempting to access other members' accounts or steal their information
• Attempting to hack or conduct cyber attacks against the platform
• Operating an account using a false identity or false information
• Operating multiple accounts from the same person or household
• Spreading defamatory or false information about the platform
